Pressure Reducer Compact, reliable and balanced, it provides air a pressure of 7 bars to the demand valve. As pressure varies, the pistons modifies the reducer valve position, according to the required air flow. The out pressure obtained remains stable whatever the air pressure in the cylinder and the pressure reducer air flow maybe when the pressure in the cylinder reaches 60 bars the warning whistle starts blowing.

• Back Frame. Ergonomically, light,   made of green self extinguishing   polypropylene, shock and acid   resistant, the strap tightens one or   two air cylinders of any types, the   padded shoulder straps are easily   removable and decontaminated, the   left one is fitted with the HP gauge   and easily portable.
• Cylinder. The C 900 Compressed air   cylinders are made of welds steel,   aluminium alloy or composite material.   The water capacity ranges from 4 to   9 litres, they can adapted to local   standards for painting and
  valve fitting.

Demand Valve
It Supplies the user with the air at 3.5 bars. It is connected to the mask with a quick connector to the mask with a quick connector. With the lateral push button the air supply can be stopped. At first inhalation air is automatically supplied again. When pushing the centre of the cover additional air is provided if needed.

Test Bench is an open circuit Self Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) must be regularly inspected and maintained in good operational condition.
Test Bench consists of a breathing machine equipped with:
• Double action single bellows   simulating human inhalation and   exhalation according to a sinusoidal   cycle.
• Dummy head with a pressure   measuring tube on which the SCBA   mask is placed and tightened in   position.
• Electronic circuit to provide data to   the computer.
• Precision gauges for high, medium,   and low pressures.
• Cycle switch for 25 X 2 litres or 50 X   2 Litres.
